About Us

Ashley and Shay Rhone-Williams are educators by profession who’s vision and heart is to create an atmosphere for athletes to grow, learn, and develop into the best version of themselves. Ashley and Shay believe that athletes are more than a number but are individuals, with individual needs that can be nurtured in a loving, learning inclusive and engaging atmosphere. Their heart is to teach, foster, and promote confidence as well as positive self image amongst all athletes despite gender, size, skill, ethnicity or disability. 

Our love for dance began many years ago through their children’s participation and love for the sport. Ashley and Shay have mentored, coached, and educated children from all socioeconomic status, educational levels and even learners with developmental and behavioral disabilities. In addition, they have collaborated and partnered with various coaches, entities and organizations as well as professionals such as therapists, specialists and community service providers in providing therapeutic, recreational  and academic services to a wide range of children and athletes. 

Bea-A-Mayzed Dance Company, LLC is inclusive and believes in building the whole athlete from the inside out. Owners, Coach Ashley and Coach Shay began BAM due to the chronic health condition of one of their daughters. Their desire was to create an environment for children like her and all children can be afforded the opportunity to participate in an extracurricular activity despite their skill, size, and disability as well as their gender, race and socioeconomic status.   Our athletes enjoy team building activities,  family events, engage in community based activities, and are innovative in their extra curricular environment. We provide opportunities to build skills, training camps, compete, engage in community performances, fall and spring recitals.

We are committed to growing your athlete socially, emotionally, and athletically.
